Spent the holiday period with the family. The warm and homely atmosphere of the hotel provided great comfort to spend quality time with the family. The food was of decent quality, and there was a broad selection to choose from. The hotel was located in a quiet, serene environment, which was perfect for relaxation. The hotel had excellent security, which allowed us to enjoy the festivities without worrying about our safety.
The room was smaller than what was displayed in the photos, which was a bit disappointing. we had to wait for a more extended period for some of the facilities to be fully operational when we arrived.

We loved the location of this hotel. It's situated just outside of the main downtown area, so it's peaceful at night but still close to shopping and dining options. The green vegetation behind the tables adds a lovely touch to the ambiance. The staff, especially Emily Kanana, were quick, understanding, and friendly to us and our small kids. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially our floor, was impeccable. The room amenities, like the ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities, were very convenient. We also enjoyed the sitting area and terrace in our room.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Staying at this hotel outside of the bustling city center allowed us to have a peaceful experience without sacrificing convenience. the location is close to shopping and dining options but still secluded enough to provide a quiet retreat. the attentive staff members, particularly Emily Kanana, provided exceptional service. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the lush greenery outside added to the overall charm of the hotel.
The hotel failed to respond to special requests made prior to arrival, which created a minor inconvenience upon check-in.
